Lafayette Savings Bank Announces Employee Promotions

Lafayette, IN. – May 14, 2009 – Randolph F. Williams, President and CEO of Lafayette Savings Bank, is pleased to announce the promotions of Karin Broeker, Patti Cassidy, and Sunshine Fox.

Karin Broeker

Karin Broeker has been promoted to Assistant Secretary of Lafayette Savings Bank and its parent company, LSB Financial Corp. Along with her new responsibilities, Broeker will continue to serve in her current position as Senior Financial Analyst for the bank.

Broeker started her career with Lafayette Savings Bank in 2002 and has over 12 years of experience in banking. Prior to joining Lafayette Savings Bank, she worked at Bremer Trust in St. Cloud, MN. Broeker holds a BA from the University of Minnesota

Patti Cassidy

Patti Cassidy has been promoted to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer. She will be responsible for analyzing reports to ensure compliance with federal regulatory requirements as part of the Bank Secrecy Act. Cassidy joined the bank in 2006 as BSA Specialist and has over 20 years of banking experience. Prior to Lafayette Savings Bank, she worked at Lafayette Bank and Trust Company. Cassidy is involved with the March of Dimes and Meals on Wheels. She has a BS from the University of Steubenville, Steubenville, OH and is originally from Monessen, PA.

Sunshine Fox

Sunshine Fox has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the bank’s West Lafayette Branch. She started her career with the bank in 2003 as a Teller. Fox is a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School and attended Ivy Tech Community College. Prior to Lafayette Savings Bank, Fox worked at Regions Bank.
