Lafayette Savings Bank Announces Employee of the Year for 2007!

January 31, 2007 – Randolph F. Williams, President/CEO, Lafayette Savings Bank, is pleased to announce the 2007 Employee of the Year.

Tracy Morris, Assistant Vice President, Marketing Officer, has been named the Employee of the Year for 2007 at Lafayette Savings Bank.  Morris began her career at the Bank over nine years ago in November, 1998.  Randy Williams, President, along with 2006 Employee of the Year, Melisa Gipson, presented the honor to Morris at the Bank’s Winter Fest Party on January 26, 2008.  “She epitomizes the qualities we embrace as a great employee,” stated Randy Williams, President.  “She incorporates our core values of commitment, integrity, initiative, responsibility and respect into her daily work schedule meeting the needs of our internal and external customers with unselfish quality service.”

Morris was nominated by her fellow employees with the final selection made by senior management.  As marketing officer, she manages all customer demographic information for all direct marketing functions at the Bank.
