of clients seeking solutions for their investment and financial planning needs.
Qualifications
- Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses and IN Life and Health License is required, each in good standing.
- Three+ years of related work experience with a proven, profitable track record.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills and ability to present ideas in a professional,
business-friendly manner.
- Exceptional internal and external customer service orientation.
- Computer literacy required, including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business, retain existing relationships, and promote and refer other financial services offered by LSB when
appropriate.
- Ensure all functions are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, agreements, and company policies.
- Initiate and maintain contacts for developing and expanding a customer base for the sales of the investment products
to include mutual funds, securities, annuities, and insurance products.

effective management of the branch-banking center, and ensuring that established policies and procedures are followed.
Also responsible for assisting in maintaining operations, demonstrating effective sales and service techniques,
promoting a profitable sales environment, projecting a positive branch image, and coaching and developing staff.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to positively adapt to change and to provide positive leadership.
- 1-3 years banking experience.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient teller and CSR capabilities.
